Introduction

As we begin to explore the world around us we discover there many concepts and ideas that we only understand with our logical mind. Then one day we are awakened and ask, “What does this idea – this concept actually mean to me?”

I had that moment in my 50s when I asked myself, “What is the ego?” Or, as I asked later, “Who is my Ego?”

I have been a healer since I was 14 years old. I didn’t actually begin my healing journey back then in those early days, but I knew I was a healer. I am now 65 and I am still learning what that means.

At the end of January 2021 I had a private session with Eddie Conner, a medium.

Before I go on let me say that this was the first session with a psychic. I have known Eddie casually for several years, and although we aren’t the kind of friends that hang out together, I still consider him a friend. In fact, that friendship is why a scheduled a private consult. It was time to get some answers.

Let me also preface by saying that I thought seeing a psychic was “cheating the system”. I consider myself very lucky to have a great support team (guides and angels) and have received many messages and guidance. I just thought I should be able to figure this stuff out myself.

Finally, I got my head wrapped around the idea that what I was asking for was clarification about the direction I was going in. I booked that session and asked for clarification about my career and my path as a healer.

Before I continue, let me go back to my early path as a healer. I received a message, my first message when I was 14 years old. It wasn’t until 1992 when I was 37 years old, that I began my journey as a healer. In 1992 is when I started reading books on various topics like working with affirmations, spiritual growth, and a small glimpse with guides. In those early years, connecting with guides was only a concept that was outside of me and something for me to explore.

Anyone traveling on a spiritual journey will probably tell you that a spiritual journey doesn’t unfold in a linear or logical pattern. For example, I was 14 and told I was a healer. Who was that person, that voice? This was answered almost 30 years later. A spiritual journey is getting a clue one day, then another piece to the puzzle weeks, months, or even years later.

In the beginning, nobody tells you to start writing a journal, especially when you are 14 years old. Also in the beginning when you meet a guide, your guide does not come with a resume and complete author bio.

Fast forward back to my session with Eddie. In our session together, Eddie connected with his spirit guides and connected with my TEAM on a Soul Level. The answer I got was, “You are going to write many books.”

After that session, I asked my guides what my first book was going to be. The answer was the title ‘Dancing With Your Higher Self’ and a list of chapters. The first couple of days, I wrote several pages, but then I got stuck on the section about the higher self.

Again I asked, “Are You Sure It is ‘Dancing With Your Higher Self’ and not ‘…Your Angels’? The reply was yes “…Your Higher Self”, and another download with five pages of handwritten notes.

This book is about your Support Team who are your foundation and building blocks to higher vibration beings. Together, your Support Team – Guardian Angel, Higher Self, and your Master Guide will always be with you. All you have to do is Listen, ASK!, Communicate, and Dialog with your guides. Over time, many of you will meet other guides – higher vibration beings, that will join your Support Team.

Are you ready? WAIT!

Go to the store and buy any type of binder with lined blank paper – it doesn’t have to be fancy. Just buy a binder, write today’s date, and write your first entry – Dancing With My Higher Self.

Use your binder to write any thoughts that come to you, any ‘Well that is weird’, or unexpected income, or any out of the ordinary happenings. No worries. Either I will prompt you through-out this book to write in your journal, or your Support Team will prompt you. Later, you can also write questions to your guides, and the answers you receive. Your journal is for you to Listen, ASK!, Communicate, and Dialog with your guides.

Now, “Are you ready?” Let’s begin and meet your Support Team.
