What is a Crystal Reiki Healing Session?

Every Crystal Healing session is different for each client, depending on their current overall health and the goals for each healing session. Crystal Healing is a non-invasive complementary therapy that supports the body’s natural healing process. Crystal Energy Healing is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

Each healing session allows you to relax your mind and body, and helps to release any energy blockages that may be present and causing health challenges. Crystal Healing can trigger changes in your overall sense of well-being which may be felt as a relief of stress and tension, revitalization, or relaxation.

I could give you a list of possible health benefits of a relaxing Energy Healing session, but that reply is a “mental” exercise with only words. A Crystal Reiki Healing session is a deep relaxation technique, similar to listening to calm music that evokes our emotions or gazing quietly at a sunset.

To know Crystal Reiki Healing is to experience Crystal Reiki Healing.

Sessions are always clothing-on, minimal contact with hands hovering about two inches above the client’s body, and beautiful crystals are placed on the client’s body – respectful of the client’s personal space. Each session also includes some intuitive guidance with an Oracle Card pull intended on revealing what you should be focused on now in order to heal.

Before your session, the client completes a short intake form to access their overall health. Then a brief discussion on how you are feeling, any challenges you are currently working through (work, home, relationships, etc.), and your goals for the session.

The Session
Your session begins with you lying down, fully clothed on a massage table, pillow under your head and knees, and possibly a blanket. Once you’re comfortable, the practitioner will direct you to take several full deep breaths-in to relax and center yourself.

Together the practitioner and client shift into a meditative sacred space and invoke an intention to allow healing to take place for both the practitioner and the client.

Now, you are completely relaxed, and the practitioner begins with the Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy signature Light Column Activation which will assist in grounding your energy and allowing your body to be open to receiving healing energy.

The practitioner connects with your life force energy and will proceed to scan your aura with their hands and check your chakras with a pendulum to gain a sense of where healing is needed in your body. After this, your aura will be cleansed and your chakras will be aligned and rebalanced. The practitioner’s hands will be gently placed above your body, starting at your head. Each hand position is held for as long as the energy needs to flow to the selected place. This is normally for around 3-5 minutes. Crystals will also be placed on your body during the healing to help with the clearing of your energy body or to infuse a crystal healing energy.

After the crystals are removed, and the energy healing is complete, you are asked to gently sit-up, re-adjust to the room, and offered a glass of water – always important after any healing session to help ground your body and to clear out any toxins.

Last, the practitioner will ask how you feel and answer any of your questions. The practitioner will ask if you would like to schedule a follow-up session.

This concludes your session. Thank You
