To Begin

Take a deep Breath IN with a count of three (breathe in 1-2-3)
Breathe OUT 1-2-3
Quiet your mind. Breathe IN 1-2-3. Breathe OUT 1-2-3.

SAY “Thank you, angels and guides, for your presence.”

Pick-up your 52-card deck and shuffle the cards three-times.
Next, knock (rap with your knuckles) on your deck three-times [to clear the energy].

Hold your deck to your chest – heart space.
Take a deep breath in, let it out slowly,
SAY “Thank you, angels and guides, for revealing to me what I need to know!”

Next, spread your cards out in a straight line from left to right.
Pick a card from your 52-card deck.
